We are a small business and when clients cancel at the last minute or don't show for an appointment, we miss the opportunity to earn an income as it is very difficult to book another client to take your spot in a short time period. Because of this, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. 100% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file or billed to customer for any cancellations within 24 hours prior to appointment time and no shows if booked with Jennifer or Stacie. This policy also applies to gift certificates. The value will be lost if a cancellation or no show occurs during this 24 window of time. If you are not in good health showing up for your appointment, your therapist has the right to cancel your session. If you show up to your appointment sick, your therapist will need to cancel your session and the full amount will be charged. These policies apply to your current and all future appointments with us. Please do not book an appointment if you do not like our policy. No exceptions will be made. We have the right to change our policy at any time. For current policy, check back here anytime.
